Family-to-Family is a comprehensive educational program for family members of individuals with serious mental illnesses. This evidence-based course covers:
- Information on various mental health conditions
- Current treatments and medications
- Communication techniques
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-care strategies for caregivers
Classes run for 8 weeks and are taught by trained family members who have lived experience. Registration is required, and courses are offered twice a year.
