Peer-to-Peer is a free, 8-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery. Led by trained peer mentors, this program offers:

  • Comprehensive information about mental health conditions
  • Coping strategies and self-management techniques
  • Guidance on building a personalized relapse prevention plan
  • Tools for setting goals and making informed decisions
  • Opportunities to connect with others on similar journeys
